Reflections on tech justice: How civil society is meeting the moment
For years – long before some of today’s crises – movements for rights and justice have been shaping the digital space, pushing for accountability, and standing up for marginalised communities.
This work is not about any single moment, nor is it defined by those who seek to undermine it. It is sustained by people: by coalitions, by acts of solidarity and kindness, by the belief that a more just world is possible.
At Luminate, we know this work doesn’t stop. At RightsCon 2025, we saw the resolve, the creativity, and the care from our partners that keeps it moving forward.
And as the landscape shifts, one thing remains constant: our commitment to standing with those who make this work possible.
