Measles in America: Causes, Risks, and Responses

As part of World Immunization Week, the International Vaccine Access Center (IVAC) at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health brought together a distinguished panel of experts to explore the long-term impacts of measles outbreaks, the important role of vaccination in preventing future outbreaks, and strategies to combat vaccine hesitancy and encourage uptake, in the context of an increasing number of measles cases in the United States in 2025. The webinar concluded with a moderated Q&A session to answer participant questions.
