To effectively communicate our mission and impact, we seek to engage a professional production house to create compelling multimedia content (photos and videos) that resonates with our audience.

2. Objective

The primary objective is to produce high-quality multimedia materials, including photos, videos, and animations that effectively convey War Child's programs, achievements, and the stories of the children and communities we serve.

3. Scope of Work

The selected production house will be responsible for: Concept Development:

Collaborate with War Child's communications team to develop creative concepts and storyboards aligned with our objectives.

Pre-Production:

Plan and organize all logistical aspects, including location scouting and scheduling.

Production:

Execute the filming, animation, and photography sessions, ensuring high-quality capture of visuals and audio.

Post-Production:

Edit and finalize content, incorporating feedback from War Child, and deliver polished multimedia materials in required formats.

5. Timeline

The engagement is expected to commence in

February 2025

and conclude by

February 2026

. A detailed timeline will be developed in consultation with the selected production house.

6. Qualifications

The production house should possess:

• Proven experience in producing high-quality multimedia content for NGOs or similar organizations.
• Technical expertise in videography, animation, and photography.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to feedback.
• Cultural sensitivity and experience working in diverse environments.

7. Application Process
