About the UNGC & The Foundation for the Global Compact: The UN Global Compact is an initiative that was launched in 1999 by former UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan, with a mission for businesses and the UN to collaborate, and encourage companies worldwide to embrace social responsibility and sustainable practices. Operating out of New York City, the Foundation for the Global Compact is a non-profit organization founded in 2006 that supports the operations of the UN Global Compact initiative, alongside our UN and Country Network colleagues across the globe. Today, we support over 25,000 businesses worldwide with their sustainability initiatives through our programming which spans a broad range of topics across Environment, Social, and Governance.

About the Position: This position will report directly to the Head of Accounting and Finance and be responsible for optimizing Salesforce and other digital platforms to improve collections and processing of payments. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of Salesforce, ability to reconcile data to various platforms and proven track record of leading implementation processes under minimal supervision. UN Global Compact has significantly grown over the past three years and the ideal candidate for this role must be a motivated self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

● Conduct internal audits on Salesforce platform and propose solutions to streamline data flows ● Develop strong internal controls within the Salesforce system and various data platforms ● Implement and enhance cash receipts processing through utilization of software packages ● Strong knowledge of multicurrency data processing and streamlining ● Understanding of accounting concepts (debits/credits) directly associated with revenue and accounts

● Ability to reconcile large volumes of data to various platforms to ensure consistent reporting ● Supervision of staff directly assisting on projects ● Ad Hoc projects to scale growth of the organization

● Full-cycle project management a team of 3+ from inception to completion ● Minimum 7+ years in a progressive revenue platform development, design and reconfiguration
