Proposal Summary:

This project supports the U.S. Courts in delivering complex IT modernization and management services to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. The goal is to provide expert project management, technical expertise, and analytical support to ensure successful delivery of contractual requirements including anticipating stakeholder needs, navigating judiciary-specific governance structures, and supporting systems governed by the Judicial Conference.

Position Summary:

The SME provides specialized knowledge and expertise to support complex IT project requirements. They contribute to engagement planning and execution by offering insights and solutions to technical and business challenges throughout the contract.
