ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
Responsible for supporting the Ecosystem to ensure high product performance, leveraging monitoring tools, endpoint management and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to maintain operational visibility and control. Administer and maintain various vendor tools to ensure optimal configuration, integration, and performance across the environment. Oversee the deployment of IT services and solutions with minimal disruption, while creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, managing the event catalogue, and developing both manual and automated remediation strategies. Focused on driving operational automation and enhan collaboration between engineering and operations teams to improve overall efficiency.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Perform Day-2-Day operational support, problem management, vendor management, governance for Ecosystem apps, including establishing policies, standards, best practices and improving the adoption.
- Promote automation and efficiency improvements.
- Conduct training and skill development for support teams in relation to ecosystem apps.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge repos.
- Lead IT projects and implementations defining KPIs and tracking IT performance.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and facilitate communication and alignment across departments.
- Support ITSM and ITIL processes.
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Electric Eng. Or any other related field with minimum 4-5 years of experience in IT support related to infrastructure, automation, application support and cloud-based solutions.
- Experience in MDM solutions (e.g., SCCM, Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, SOTI, MobiControl, Manage Engine).
- Experience in ADDS, ADFS, DHCP, Azure AD.
- Knowledge in Scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Batch, Bash), programming languages (e.g., Python, C/C++, JavaScript/TypeScript) and database query language (SQL).
- Knowledge in monitoring solutions (e.g., Nexthink, NGOSS, Dynatrace)
- Basic network troubleshooting skills.
- Certification in OS/Cloud management (Windows Servers, Linux, Azure, VMWare)
