ABOUT THE TEAM
SITA Barcelona is looking for recent graduates to join our SkyStar Program within the Sales function. This is a 12‑month opportunity designed to help you kickstart your career, with the possibility to transition into a permanent role.
As a Sales Graduate, you will play a key part in supporting our sales team in identifying, pursuing, and closing business opportunities to meet revenue targets. Responsibilities include supporting sales team with lead generation, client relationship management, product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learning and Development: Undergo trainings and upskill themselves on SITA products, processes and sales tools.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Researching and identifying potential new business opportunities, initiating contact via cold-calling, email, and networking.
- Client Relationship Management: Supporting sales in Managing relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and handle contract renewals.
- Sales Process Management: Assist sales in Preparation and delivery of product presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
- Admin & Reporting: Updating CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), tracking sales data, and forecasting figures.
- Market Knowledge: Researching competitors and staying updated on industry trends.
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
- Recently graduated in Business, Engineering, or a similar field
- Fluent in English and proficiency in two additional European languages.
- Organized, communicative, and detail‑oriented, with strong teamwork skills.
- Interested in the air transport industry and digital technology.
- Previous Sales experience is an asset but not required.
- Able to work onsite in Barcelona and not requiring visa sponsorship.
