Industrialize and Standardize the Delivery Model

  • Design and deploy a global, standardized delivery framework
  • Define repeatable implementation models by customer segment and complexity
  • Create reusable templates, accelerators and best practices
  • Reduce delivery duration, variability and dependency on heavy customization

Strengthen Financial Control and Margin

  • Establish rigorous project-level financial management, including margin by project, forecast at completion (EAC), and early detection of cost overruns and scope creep
  • Improve predictability of professional services revenue and margin
  • Drive disciplined change and contract management

Build and Lead a High-Performance Delivery Organization

  • Lead and develop a global team of project managers, solution architects and delivery leaders
  • Define clear roles, career paths and performance management frameworks
  • Strengthen project management discipline and delivery governance
  • Build succession and leadership pipelines

Act as a Key Partner to Product, Engineering and Sales

  • Ensure seamless transition from sales to delivery
  • Influence product and platform evolution to improve deployability and reduce customization
  • Provide structured feedback from delivery to product and engineering
  • Support sales in complex enterprise deals and contract structuring

  • Material reduction in uncontrolled customization and scope creep
  • Establish a globally consistent and scalable delivery operating model

EXPERIENCE

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery and transformation
  • Proven track record leading complex enterprise IT implementations with total contract values typically in the €5M–€15M range
  • Direct accountability for multi-million euro delivery budgets, margins and execution risk
  • Experience managing multi-year programs (12–36 months) in mission-critical environments
