PURPOSE

The Billing Analyst has full responsibility for the billing production of a given product line or of a specific customer account.

The Billing Analyst is also accountable for tax calculation for generating all outputs required for accounting/treasury needs and for delivering all supporting documentation to SITA customers in a timely and accurate manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze/configure contracts for billing using internal tools.
  • Execute month end activities
  • Data analysis (to ensuring billing correctness)
  • Action billing queries
  • Communicate with stakeholders in a clear and efficient manner
  • Traffic data weekly verification
  • Manage group mailbox
  • Calculate Service Level agreements credits to customers
  • Run Service Charge Reports
  • Regular internal meetings with Billing Communication members

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in Finance / Billing Operation or Contract Management skills.
  • Excel and Power BI skills.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Strong ability to understand Contractual pricing, to translate the pricing in the required pricing implementation tools and to interact with the sales team to ensure alignment on the contractual intend.
  • Understanding of billing inputs data.
  • Exposure to database management (SQL).
  • Interest in the IT industry/Telecommunication business.
  • Ability to understand interactions with other functions / processes.
  • Quality control skills.
  • Ability to challenge the methods and processes in place.
  • Time management / respect of deadlines
  • Communication skills
