ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

This role supports the rollout and deployment of the marketing plan for a Geography, Sector or Business to drive and support the achievement of their business objectives and aligned to SITA's global marketing strategy and positioning.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Align with the Americas Marketing plan direction to support delivery of business objectives.
  • Focus on creating compelling content across multiple formats for internal communications
  • Support and coordinate Americas marketing campaigns, programs and events, working with key stakeholders and aligning with SITA's global marketing strategy.
  • Help with thought leadership initiatives to suit specific business needs and strengthen industry and customer relationships.
  • Create and develop quality content, consistent with SITA's narrative and positioning.
  • Ensure brand integrity and compliance.
  • Leverage diverse communications channels.
  • Comply with business and reporting processes to support the marketing organization.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Profession to ensure transparency of Americas Marketing activities and events.
  • Support the relationship with industry associations in line with SITA's overall strategy.
  • Help to track and measure a contact strategy for top customers and industry players to optimize targeting the right audience with the right message.
  • Update and maintain profiles of the main competitors.
  • Contribute to market intelligence updates to position SITA's portfolio & services.
  • Help to track and measure impact and ROI of regional/sector activities against KPIs.

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

  • University degree, preferably in Business or Marketing
  • Demonstrated experience with PowerPoint, Canva, video creation platforms, AI tools
  • Strong writing skills in English. Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese and/or French a plus
  • Appropriate post-graduate qualification or Marketing certification a plus
  • 2-3 years of marketing, marketing communications, internal communications or PR experience, preferably in telecommunications, IT, air transport or travel industries
  • Collaborative approach, working across matrix organizations and virtual teams
