Job Purpose
The position is responsible for creating, producing, and delivering high-quality multimedia content to support organizational programs, projects, and communication initiatives. This includes developing e-learning courses, managing audiovisual production, designing visual effects and digital assets, and ensuring technical excellence across all outputs. The role works closely with internal stakeholders to translate requirements into engaging and impactful visual and audio materials, while also maintaining and safeguarding production equipment to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop self-paced e-learning courses tailored to the needs of stakeholders and target participants.
- Operate and manage camera, lighting, and sound systems to meet production requirements.
- Create and integrate special effects, visual graphics, and digital assets using film, video, and multimedia tools.
- Collaborate with functional teams to identify and fulfill multimedia and visual content requirements for various productions.
- Develop and produce briefings, brochures, multimedia presentations, web content, promotional materials, technical illustrations, and artwork for organizational use.
- Edit and assemble audio-visual materials, ensuring compliance, consistency, and high-quality outcomes; familiarity with AI-based editing tools is preferred.
- Test and ensure the technical quality of recording equipment, audio, and lighting prior to production.
- Oversee and maintain the security, operation, and upkeep of all production and editing equipment.
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organization and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation, including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA), to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding to establish a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
Additional Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of multimedia production, e-learning design, instructional technology, and adult learning principles, with knowledge of audiovisual equipment, lighting, and sound systems.
- Proficiency in graphic design, animation, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) and advanced video/audio editing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to develop interactive, engaging, and high-quality self-paced e-learning content for diverse stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple multimedia assignments while ensuring timely delivery.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Creativity and innovation to design visually compelling multimedia products while maintaining technical accuracy and adherence to organizational standards.
- Problem-solving, adaptability, accountability, and ownership to address technical or creative challenges, stay updated on emerging tools, and ensure end-to-end production quality.

- Strong understanding of multimedia production, e-learning design, and instructional technology.
- Knowledge of audiovisual equipment operation, lighting, and sound systems.

- Awareness of copyright, media rights, and organizational branding guidelines.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and digital content delivery platforms.

Educational Requirements
Graduate degree from a recognized or reputed university.Experience Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital content creation, with candidates required to provide verifiable work samples (published and accessible) prior to the interview. Preference will be given to professionals with prior experience in content production and published work on reputable digital platforms.Benefits
