Job Description

KEY RESULT AREAS:

  • Support the coordination, enhancement, and implementation of digital and technology-enabled initiatives, including the Career Guidance Platform
  • Contribute to the end-to-end design, prototyping, full development (back/front) and configuration of advanced digital platform features and intelligent workflows, including user-journey, data-driven components, and intelligent workflows to support the development and enhancement of digital initiatives
  • Monitor digital platform performance, data quality, and compliance with internal policies related to accessibility, privacy, and responsible data use
  • Track and analyse user engagement, platform analytics, and digital KPIs to support data-driven program decisions
  • Document user feedback and system requirements, helping shape continuous improvement and transformation agendas
  • Support rollout activities for digital initiatives, including stakeholder onboarding, training, and awareness sessions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure digital tools, content, and workflows remain aligned with program needs and institutional objectives
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for updates, testing, enhancements, and functional quality assurance
  • Contribute to the evaluation of new digital solutions, tools, and AI-enabled features that can enhance services
  • Maintain clear documentation of digital processes, user guidelines, system enhancements, and transformation workflows
  • Provide first-level functional support for digital platforms, ensuring timely responses to user inquiries and facilitating issue escalation when required
  • Perform any other related duties or assignments as required by the line manager

Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in advanced technology, computing, or digital Career Development, 2-5 years of relevant full-time work experience
  • Strong written & verbal communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders. Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge in building AI/ML-enabled assessments platform, full stack development, algorithms and data analytical tool development, content management systems and related.
