Position Overview

Eurasia Group is seeking a Program Coordinator to join the Office of Management. This role reports to the Chief of Staff and is based in São Paulo, Brazil.

The primary focus of this position is to support the firm's standing governance meetings and to execute targeted projects directed by the CEO, Chief of Staff, and Office of Management. This is a high-visibility role at the operational center of the firm, with exposure across practices, regions, and senior leadership.

The ideal candidate is sharp, organized, and intellectually curious, combining strong analytical and writing skills with the discipline to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. This role suits someone who is energized by variety, comfortable shifting between substantive and operational work, and motivated to learn the inner workings of a global advisory firm from the inside.

This is an in-office position based in São Paulo. Periodic domestic and international travel may be required.
