Description
Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The assignment entails adapting and delivering the Work Improvement in Small Enterprises (WISE) Training of Trainers programme to the Kenyan context, with a focus on informal economy enterprises in refugee hosting counties, particularly Turkana and Garissa. The consultant will conduct occupational safety and health (OSH) assessments across selected sites, document local practices affecting enterprise performance and safety, and adapt global WISE training materials to local conditions using a participatory approach. The consultant will deliver two Training of Trainers programmes, support trainers during a 60-day implementation period, and facilitate follow-up assessments and action planning. The assignment will culminate in a final report capturing location-specific findings, improvements, and recommendations. Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline. Thank you.
