Project Manager, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Within the Western Balkans Region, the Project Manager is responsible for supporting the implementation of a project focused on strengthening fair, transparent, and accountable labour migration systems in the region.

Working under the overall supervision of the Regional Project Manager, the Project Manager supports the implementation and coordination of activities throughout the project cycle. The role contributes to the strategic and operational alignment of project activities with donor requirements, ICMPD standards, and the priorities of beneficiary institutions and participating countries.

Based in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Project Manager works closely with national authorities, project partners, service providers, and internal ICMPD colleagues to support effective coordination, timely implementation, and coherent delivery of project activities. The Project Manager may also contribute to related migration initiatives implemented by the region, as required.

Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required. Knowledge of any Western Balkans local language will be considered an asset.
