The assignment will generate evidence, policy analysis and actionable recommendations to strengthen coherence between labour migration governance, migrant-specific protection measures, and Bangladesh's broader social protection architecture, including the National Social Security Strategy. The consultants will undertake institutional, policy and stakeholder analysis to assess existing protection arrangements, identify coverage gaps and barriers across the migration cycle, and examine opportunities for improved coordination between migration and social protection institutions.
