Description

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The consultant will be responsible for three technical modules:

• Labour Market Fundamentals
• Labour Market Information Systems and Data Use
• Employment Services Operations and Functions (Aligned with Modules 1, 2, and 3 in the national capactivity building programme for PES staff) Key tasks include:
• Review national training curriculum and identify gaps against international practices
• Adapt and customize content from ILO training materials, including: How to Support Jobseekers: A Handbook for Employment Service Providers and other relevant ILO global training toolkits; How to support Employers: Manual for managerial and operational teams in PES
• Develop modular training packages (manual, PPTs, exercises)
• Integrate practical tools such as: - Labour market data analysis exercises - Case studies on job matching and service delivery
• Ensure alignment with digital service delivery approaches (considering applying AI related contents)
• Deliver/Co-deliver pilot training sessions (in-person) Revise materials based on pilot feedback.
