The role

  • Perform clients' portfolios optimization for distribution/rebates collection and billing process management
  • Synthesize data from multiple sources and prepare decks for quarterly and/or annual client meetings
  • Participate in client calls as well as work across functional teams in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Support of client service managers on day-to-day activities as well as transversal projects.
  • Database update (Salesforce).
  • Improve current processes by thinking outside the box.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in financial markets (or a related field).
  • Fluent written and spoken English and French.
  • Excellent Excel level (VBA is preferable).
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proactive individual with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
