Description of the Assignment: Facilitate Review of the Minerals and Mining Act, 2006 (Act 703) and its subsidiary Legislative Instruments to strengthen Provisions Related to Critical Minerals, and facilitate the Creation of a Multi-stakeholder Critical Minerals Governance Mechanism (CMGM)

Period of assignment/services: 65 Working Days distributed over 5 Months
