RFP | India Humanitarian Hub and Start Network Operational and Administrative Host Agency, London

 

Start Network and India Humanitarian Hub are seeking proposals from Start Network and India Humanitarian Hub members in India (i.e. members who have signed the Start Network Membership Agreement) to serve as the Hub's operational and administrative host and for its programmes. Successful applicants will need to demonstrate the necessary experience, systems and partnership values. They must also have the capacity to deliver a high-quality, value-for-money service to the programmes and host staff.

The operational and administrative hosting arrangement is a highly collaborative partnership with the Hub and Start Network. The host agency must be authorised to operate in India and provide an enabling environment for the India Humanitarian Hub's and Start Network's governing bodies to deliver their mandates and programmes with staff support. In addition to having the relevant government authorisation to operate programmes in India, the host agency must meet Start Network's due diligence standards. They must also be able to host staff, provide a duty of care and support programme delivery.
