Your Role

Being the Regional Impact Lead, you will be focusing on ensuring the development and delivery of specific programs. This includes supporting the team in: ï‚§ Oversee progress and milestones of EF Asia Region's strategic plan and vision. ï‚§ Coordinate projects and programs across the region, ensuring alignment with EF's global strategy. ï‚§ Provide strategic input into the development of EF's global impact framework. ï‚§ Lead the operationalisation of impact management across EF Asia's portfolio, covering Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, India, China, and Indonesia. ï‚§ Build capacity within country teams to strengthen impact measurement objectives. ï‚§ Work closely with field teams to track project implementation, ensuring quality assurance in design, monitoring, evaluation, data management, and reporting. ï‚§ Actively engage in strategic discussions with EF's diverse client base, support new business development through proposals, budgets, and contracts, and contribute innovative ideas to advance EF's global activities across all sectors.

Your Profile

To thrive in this role, you'll bring at least 5 years of professional experience in monitoring and evaluation, sustainability consulting, or a similar field where you've driven change within complex organiza-tions. Preferred master's degree in business, natural resources management, environmental management, or social sciences, alongside exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and writing skills to identify opportunities and present insights to diverse audiences. You'll be someone passionate about agriculture, social science, rural development, forestry, and conservation motivated to work with rural agricultural communities and drive transformation across interconnected supply chains. Strong project management and budgeting expertise, proven leadership in guiding teams and organizations, and the ability to engage stakeholders with diverse motivations are key. Experience with digital tools for data collection and analysis, combined with a deep understanding of Asian cultural contexts and a global mindset, will set you apart. In addition, experience in conservation finance (carbon, biodiversity, etc.), familiarity with the oil palm value chain or other agricultural commodities, and knowledge of regenerative agriculture will be considered strong advantages, further enhancing your ability to drive meaningful impact. Finally, proficiency in Microsoft Office and related programs will ensure you deliver effectively in this dynamic, impact-driven environment.

Workings Conditions

  • Education: Preferable Masters Degree in business, natural resources management, environmental management, or social sciences
