We prioritize recruiting from a diverse pool of candidates because we believe a variety of perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds contributes to the success of our team. An inclusive and fair work environment is crucial to achieving our mission.
We use BeApplied as our recruitment platform, which helps reduce bias in the hiring process.
- Candidates are asked to submit both their CV and answers to targeted questions that assess the skills needed for the role.
- CVs are chunked and anonymized, so reviewers only see relevant information and bias is minimized. A motivation letter is not required.
- Answers and CVs are anonymized, randomly ordered, and evaluated by team members.
- The platform also asks a few demographic questions upfront; we only see aggregated statistics to ensure a balanced candidate pool and equal opportunities. Candidates may choose not to answer these questions.
After we have reviewed your answers and CV anonymously, you will receive either an invitation for an interview or an explanation if you are not selected for the next stage.
We apprehend that candidates come from different backgrounds and may have varying access to resources. To make the process more accessible, we recognize the use of AI tools for preparing your answers. We prefer personal and authentic answers, and AI should only be used in an assisting role, such as structuring thoughts or practicing phrasing. Through the BeApplied platform, we can detect AI usage to ensure a fair evaluation. Final submissions should reflect your own ideas, experiences, and capabilities. Our assessment process focuses on evaluating each individual's unique qualities, with authenticity and honesty at the center.
