For 12-year-old Maya, going to school had once seemed distant—until her father joined UNICEF-backed parent and caregiver sessions and supported her being in school. 💙 Across Türkiye, social and behaviour change initiatives engage fathers in safe dialogue, encouraging them to take active roles in enrolling their children in school and fostering their learning. UNICEF Türkiye implements these efforts in collaboration with the Turkish Development Foundation (TKV) and with financial support from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) through KfW Development Bank.
