Highlight Video | COMESA Enhances Grant Management through Strengthened Training   COMESA organized a Grants Management Training session that facilitated collaboration among all divisions to enhance accountability and drive impact. The training’s primary objective was to equip support and technical staff with the necessary tools to effectively mobilize resources.   Led by the Director of Budget and Finance, Mrs. Auleria Olunga, in collaboration with Steadman Global Consultants, the training emphasized the significance of reviewing the 2016 COMESA Grants Management System Manual. The manual, initially designed with only three stages, has since been expanded to five stages.   The two-day training was held from April 13-14, 2026, in Chisamba, funded by the 11th European Development Fund’s Institutional Capacity Building Programme.
