At Nchaishi and Iladoru Primary Schools, the Pamoja Tudumishe Elimu (PTE) Project is improving academic performance through targeted tutorial learning for students who were struggling in subjects such as Mathematics and English. Learners like Amos Nairoyo have significantly improved their performance. Once struggling in Mathematics, Amos recently led his class in the last exam and now dreams of becoming a teacher. Inspired by his progress, he also volunteers to support classmates through peer tutoring. Together with other learners, his story shows how tutorial sessions are not only improving grades but also building confidence, motivation, and leadership among students. Video by: Afrika Live Media
