In this testimonial, Justine Ayinkamiye from the Rwanda Agriculture and Animal Resources Development Board (RAB) shares the transformative impact of the Enhancing Climate Change Resilience in East Africa (ECREA) project. Through a strategic partnership aligned with the WISER Africa Programme, RAB and ECREA have moved beyond simple weather forecasting to create a co-produced, demand-driven climate services ecosystem. By integrating the Participatory Integrated Climate Services for Agriculture (PICSA) approach, the project has equipped over 122,887 Rwandan farmers with the practical skills needed to turn climate data into actionable seasonal plans.
