Born from a craving for a classic hog roast (without the meat), Ross and Matt set out to prove plant-based could be every bit as satisfying. What started as two vegans fed up with bean burgers has grown into The Hogless Roast.
From early days on market stalls to a stint as our neighbours in Hackney Wick, they’ve now settled in Walthamstow, carrying their commitment to sustainability every step of the way. Being 100 % plant-based isn’t just a menu choice for them, it’s a mission to show even devoted meat-eaters how good plant-based food can be.
