Our Co-Founder Pierre recently joined Levy, one of the most progressive foodservice companies, at Car-Y-Mor, Wales’ first community-owned seaweed farm. Together we explored seaweed’s superpowers: it grows without fertiliser, freshwater or pesticides, boosts ocean biodiversity, and offers a natural alternative to petrochemicals and single-use plastics. We’re now working with Levy to see how this regenerative crop can replace plastic across foodservice operations—helping stadiums and venues across Europe cut waste for good. 💡 As Pierre puts it: “All of our businesses are at the beginning of this journey.
