Our Co-Founder Pierre recently joined Levy, one of the most progressive foodservice companies, at Car-Y-Mor, Wales’ first community-owned seaweed farm. Together we explored seaweed’s superpowers: it grows without fertiliser, freshwater or pesticides, boosts ocean biodiversity, and offers a natural alternative to petrochemicals and single-use plastics.
