Climate, Energy and Humanitarian Action: New Academic Pathways for the Next Generation of Leaders

On 3 March 2026, UNITAR and Loughborough University hosted the first webinar of the 2026 promotion cycle for the MSc, PG Diploma, and PG Certificate in Climate, Energy and Humanitarian Action (MCEHA). This interactive session brought together programme coordinators and faculty to introduce the programme’s renewed academic vision, new flexible exit awards, and the interdisciplinary learning approach designed to prepare professionals for a rapidly changing global landscape. Through a rich and engaging conversation, speakers explored how climate change, energy transitions, and humanitarian crises are increasingly interconnected, and how the MCEHA programme equips learners with the analytical, policy, and systems-thinking skills needed to respond to these challenges. 🔗 To learn more about the MCEHA programme, visit: https://unitar.org/courses-learning-events/individual-learners/master-degree-related-qualifications/master-climate-energy-and-humanitarian-action --------------------------------------------------------------------------- The United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) delivers innovative training and conducts research on knowledge systems to increase the capacity of beneficiaries to respond to global and constantly evolving challenges. ------------------ Stay tuned: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/UNITARHQ/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/school/unitarhq/ Twitter: https://twitter.com/UNITAR Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/unitarhq/?hl=En Website: https://unitar.org/
