Supported by GIZ, AUDA-NEPAD, and WorldSkills Zambia, the WorldSkills Africa Capacity Building Programme 2025 was organized by WorldSkills International to upskill TVET trainers in Hairdressing and Plumbing from March to September. The programme focused on developing an adaptable assessment framework with the participants based on WorldSkills Occupational Standards. It serves as a powerful tool for training and a scalable blueprint for more skills and countries.
