At Noor Ahmad Baheer Ltd. in Balkh, a women-only workforce is processing raisins and dried fruits. With support, the company increased its direct employees from 70 to 100 and now sources from over 2,000 local families. This model provides a safe, women-friendly environment for employment and strengthens the entire agricultural value chain. Supported by the European Union and UNDP under the ABADEI programme.
