We marked the International Women’s Day this year across the country, celebrating women in politics, amplifying the voices of marginalised women and raising awareness among youth and adolescents. Our ongoing advocacy for zero gender-based violence and online harassment remained at the forefront. The rights of Rohingya women were also among our primary agendas. From the north to the south, we celebrated every woman with the hope that her bold voice will soon break the chains of prejudices and stigmas rooted in patriarchal beliefs.
