Malawi’s schools face rising threats from floods, cyclones and other climate-related disasters that disrupt learning. Safety drills teach students life-saving skills while strengthening communities. GPE's Climate Smart Education Systems Initiative is building a more resilient education system in Malawi. The initiative is a collaboration between GPE, Save the Children, UNESCO and UNESCO IIEP.
