In Lebanon, BSF and the local association Amel are strengthening access to education and autonomy for local and refugee populations in a context of unprecedented economic and political crisis. With support from the French Development Agency, three Ideas Box libraries have been deployed in Beirut, Khiam, and Kamed el-Loz. Augustin Trapenard visited these Ideas Boxes to meet the people who bring them to life every day and to highlight the essential role of education in emergency situations.
