In Anera’s HIRE Project, implemented in partnership with FITE, young people are gaining practical training and access to real employment opportunities in Jordan’s hospitality and tourism sector. The project supports 82 enrolled participants across four training tracks: Lifeguard, Housekeeping, Hospitality, and Front Desk Service. So far, 70 participants have already been connected to job opportunities before completing the program. This program is part of Anera’s ongoing commitment to empower young people and improve job security across Jordan, Palestine and Lebanon.
