Safe Products, Confident Consumers Dialogues Consumer organisations are often the first to identify unsafe products and systemic failures in protection. In this session, Consumers International Members from across regions will share frontline insights on where product safety systems are failing consumers, which risks and products are causing recurring harm, and how consumer-led action — from testing and research to advocacy and collaboration — is driving impact.
