Hezbollah launched its largest missile barrage since the start of the war, firing around 100 missiles toward Israel yesterday. Israeli forces responded with heavy airstrikes in #Beirut and along the border as fighting intensified across southern #Lebanon. According to the Israeli military, more than 600 strikes have been carried out in Lebanon, killing around 200 #Hezbollah fighters, while two Israeli soldiers have been killed. “If those numbers are accurate, that’s roughly 100 Hezbollah fighters killed for every Israeli soldier lost,” warns Bassel Doueik, ACLED’s Lebanon/Jordan Researcher.
