This is a recording from the DHIS2 Annual Conference 2026. Supporting young people through education into employment requires data systems that can follow and individual across time, programmes, and institutions; a level of continuity which most platforms are not designed for. This session presents two models for doing exactly that. Amref Health Africa's Health Collaborative demonstrates how DHIS2 can serve as a unified platform for youth and employment programming across multiple countries, with role-based dashboards that enable adaptive management. Catholic Relief Services Lesotho shows how a five-pillar graduation framework can track 5,000 vulnerable people longitudinally, connecting skills development to enterprise outcomes.
