Use your leftover Easter eggs instead, Fairtrade of course π£π«β»οΈ
Here is the recipe (for 12 cookies) π©βπ³
Ingredients:

280 g allβpurpose flour

2.5 g baking soda
β
225 g unsalted butter
β
100 g granulated sugar
β
220 g light brown sugar
β
5 g salt
β
10 ml vanilla extract
β
2 large eggs
β
340 g crushed chocolate Easter eggs (Fairtrade β¨)
Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Preheat your oven to 180Β°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2οΈβ£ Mix the flour and baking soda in a small bowl and set aside.
3οΈβ£ Beat the butter with both sugars until light and fluffy.
4οΈβ£ Add the salt, vanilla extract and eggs, and mix well.
5οΈβ£ Fold in the flour mixture gradually, mixing until just combined.
6οΈβ£ Stir in the crushed chocolate Easter eggs.
7οΈβ£ Scoop heaping tablespoons of dough onto the tray, about 5 cm apart.
8οΈβ£ Bake for 10β12 minutes, until golden on the edges but still soft in the centre.
9οΈβ£ Cool for 1β2 minutes on the tray, then transfer to a rackβ¦ if you can wait π
