Alcohol health warning labels are a key tool in reducing alcohol-related harm. This webinar explores the growing momentum behind alcohol labelling policies across the WHO European Region. Hosted by WHO/Europe, the session highlights how labelling can raise awareness of health risks, support comprehensive alcohol policy, and empower consumers with clear information at the point of purchase. Despite strong evidence and international recommendations, implementation remains limited – with only 13 of 53 countries in the Region requiring labels, and just 3 within the EU.
