The video brings together the voices of FOODGaP partners during the kick-off meeting in Athens (September 2025), capturing their expectations, shared ambitions, and the goals cities aim to achieve through the project’s transformative potential. By opening new spaces for dialogue between institutions and communities, FOODGaP strengthens participatory governance and lays the foundation for a growing community of practice. This process builds momentum towards the creation of a Mediterranean Food Policy Coalition—a transnational alliance advocating for stronger coordination and support across regional, national, and European levels of governance. Within this vision, citizens are not passive beneficiaries but active co-creators of solutions, shaping more inclusive and resilient food systems.
