On April 8 and 9, 2026, Paramaribo hosted the first phase of the high-level conference Investing Today, Transforming Tomorrow, bringing together senior government officials, members of parliament, educators, youth, private sector leaders, and experts from more than 17 countries at the Torarica Hotel.
