You may have heard the news: The UK Supreme Court has officially banned Oatly from using the word “milk” in its marketing. 🥛🚫 After a long legal battle with Dairy UK, the court ruled that the term “Post Milk Generation” is actually deceptive because “milk” is legally defined as coming from animals.
