Ingredients:
π§120g brown sugar (70g for the fruit mix and 50g for the crumble)
π 400g frozen cherries (or fruit of your choice, we also love rhubarb)
π₯ 100g plain flour
π§ 50g plant-based unsalted butter
Method:
Combine your frozen fruit and 70g of brown sugar, then spread the mixture evenly in your pie dish.
In a separate bowl, add the flour and butter. Use your hands to rub them together until crumbly, being careful not to overmix. Fold in the remaining 50g of sugar.
Layer your delicious crumble mix over the fruit in the pie dish.
Bake at 180Β°C / 160Β°C fan / Gas 4 for 25 minutes, or until the crumble is beautifully golden brown.
Enjoy simply on its own, or with plant-based ice cream or custard. π₯§
