INGREDIENTS For Black Cherry Compote: - 1 cup Black Cherry Fruit Spread from France - 1/3 cup water - 1 tsp Vanilla Syrup from France - 1 tbsp Lemon juice For the Malpua batter - 1 cup wheat flour - 4 tbsp sooji - ½ cup powdered sugar - 1 cup milk - ½ cup water - ¼ tsp baking soda - 2 tsp Vanilla Syrup from France - Vanilla ice cream - Honey Salted Almonds Chocolate from Germany Method: - Heat up a pan and add black cherry compote and water. Bring it to a boil. - Now add vanilla syrup from France and lemon juice. Mix well and set aside. - Prepare the malpua batter by mixing wheat flour, sooji, powdered sugar, milk, water, baking soda and vanilla syrup. - Let it rest for 30 minutes. - Heat up a pan and brush it with ghee. - Pour a spoonful of batter slowly and cook from both sides. - Transfer the malpuas on a plate and top with black cherry compote, a scoop of vanilla ice cream and honey salted almonds chocolate from Germany.
