Global weather January - March 2026
Our Q1 2026 global weather visualisation is here.
Watch the full January-March period unfold from space, with major weather events tracked and labelled by intensity - from light yellow through to red.
This visualisation combines infrared cloud imagery from geostationary satellites operated by EUMETSAT, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), the China Meteorological Administration (CMA) and the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA), superimposed over NASA's Blue Marble Next Generation ground maps, which shift with the seasons.
Produced by EUMETSAT's digital media team, with global cloud imagery kindly provided by Météo-France. By merging data from our international partners, we can deliver a seamless view of Earth's atmosphere.
